Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

At Root Footwear your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality products that empower our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 22.00 (10 PM), London Time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed after 22.00 will be processed on the following business day.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items purchased on sale are also eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Request a Return Form. Contact us at info@root-footwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Complete the Form. Once received, fill out the form clearly and include it in your return package.

3. Ship the Item. Send your return package using a tracked and insured shipping method.

4. Processing Time. Once received at our warehouse, we will process your return within 3 business days.

Important Information:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As a business, we strive to keep our prices competitive, and covering return shipping would impact our ability to do so.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Some returns need to be shipped back to our original warehouse.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund or a confirmation email within 5 business days after returning your product, please take the following steps:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. If the issue persists, email us at info@root-footwear.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email info@root-footwear.com with photos of the defective item, and we will assist you with the next steps.

Gift Returns:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued.
